For your convenience, "Payable at Par" Outstation cheques are accepted at all centers. You may also drop these cheques at our conveniently located cheque drop box in HDFC bank.
We request you issue cheques within the due date. Unfortunately we do not accept post-dated cheques at present.
Payments made by you are updated immediately; latest within the same working day. Credit for Cheques/Credit/Card etc, are subject to clearances.
In case the payment was made after the current bill was generated, the credit for the same would be reflected in your next energy bill.
If the payment was made in time and still the amount does not reflect is the current bill, please contact our customer service representative at any of the Customer Service Centres with proof of payment i.e. photocopy of bank statement, along with a receipt of the paid bill etc. Necessary action will be taken to ensure that the status is updated expeditiously.
As per Supply Code Regulation Clause No. 6.74 by Hon’ble GERC, the consumer shall mandatorily pay bill amount of more than Rs. 1000 through various e-payment options. Bill amount less than Rs. 1000 can be paid through cash, cheque and demand draft.
Payments can be made online from the Torrent Power Customer Portal https://connect.torrentpower.com, using the Torrent Power Mobile Application available for
both Android and Ios or third-party wallets and applications using the National Payments Corporation of India (NPCI), interface.
