Electronic Clearing Service(ECS) Payment
Torrent Power energy bill payments can also be made through a direct debit from the customer's bank account. Experience the convenience of paying your bills without a physical transaction like making a cash/cheque payment.
There are no hidden charges involved and its free.
How it works:
1. To download an ECS registration form click here. Take a print out.
2. Fill up the details like name, address, contact details, bank account details, service no. etc as shown in the form.
3. Attach a cancelled blank cheque/cheque photocopy alongwith the duly filled up form and submit the same at any of our zonal offices in working hours.
The service will be activated within 15 days of submission. You can pay all subsequent bills using the direct debit facility from your specified bank account.
You can even fix autopay limits so that authorization is not required if the bill is within an expected amount range.
If you do not choose autopay, all you would be required to do is authorize your monthly/bimonthly bill on email/phone to process the debit from your account.
